Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligible account holders
   1.1 This promotion applies exclusively to GoldRepublic account holders who meet the following requirements:
   1.1.1 You must open and validate a GoldRepublic account to participate. Accounts validated after the promotion period are not eligible.
   1.1.2 You have a validated personal GoldRepublic account.
   1.1.3 You have a validated business account with GoldRepublic.
   1.1.4 You have a validated minor account with GoldRepublic.
   1.2 All accounts validated within the promotion period will receive 15% off transaction fees on purchase orders during the campaign period (see section 2).

2. Duration
   2.1 The campaign duration will be published on the promotion page (GMT+1), or while supplies last.
   2.2 If the available capacity for this promotion is reached early, GoldRepublic reserves the right to end the promotion prematurely.

3. The Discount / The Promotion
   3.1 The 15% discount on transaction fees applies only to purchase orders placed within the campaign period (see section 2).
   3.2 The discount applies to all purchase orders within the campaign period; you may use the code GR15YEARS twice.
   3.3 No rights can be derived from participation in this promotion.

4. Other Conditions
   4.1 If the promotion ends prematurely, GoldRepublic will announce this on the promotion page.
   4.2 GoldRepublic reserves the right to reject or refuse any customer from registering as an account holder on its trading platform and/or to refuse trading, purchases, or use of its services.
   4.3 GoldRepublic reserves the right to deny an account holder participation in the promotion.
