All times mentioned are in Central European Time (CET).

From Monday 17 November 2025 at 12:00 AM (CET) until Monday 8 December 2025 at 11:59 PM (CET), you will receive a 20% discount on the transaction fees of your purchase of physical gold, silver and platinum when using the discount code GOLDFRIDAY20.

The following terms and conditions apply to this promotion:

1. Eligible account holders
1.1. This promotion applies exclusively to GoldRepublic account holders who meet the following conditions:
1.1.1. You must open and verify an account with GoldRepublic in order to participate. If your account is verified after 11:59 PM (CET) on Monday 8 December 2025, you will not be eligible for this promotion.
1.1.2. You hold a verified personal GoldRepublic account.
1.1.3. You hold a verified business GoldRepublic account.
1.1.4. You hold a verified minor account with GoldRepublic.
1.2. All accounts that have been verified (before 11:59 PM (CET) on Monday 8 December 2025) and that place a purchase during the promotional period using the discount code GOLDFRIDAY20 will receive a 20% discount on their purchase of physical precious metals during the promotional period (see section 2).

2. Promotional period
2.1. The promotional period runs from 12:00 AM (CET) on Monday 17 November 2025 until 11:59 PM (CET) on Monday 8 December 2025, or while stocks last.
2.2. If the precious metals available for this promotion are no longer in stock, GoldRepublic reserves the right to end the promotion early.

3. The discount / the promotion
3.1. The 20% discount on purchases of physical gold, silver and platinum applies only when using the discount code GOLDFRIDAY20 and only to purchase orders placed during the promotional period (see section 2).
3.2. The discount applies to all eligible purchase orders placed within the promotional period, with no limitation in number or order size.
3.3. No rights may be derived from participation in this promotion.

4. Competition: “Win your purchase amount back in gold”
4.1. The competition is part of the Gold Friday campaign and runs during the same period: from 12:00 AM (CET) on Monday 17 November 2025 until 11:59 PM (CET) on Monday 8 December 2025.
4.2. The competition is open to GoldRepublic account holders with a Dutch account who have made a purchase using the discount code GOLDFRIDAY20 within the promotional period.
4.3. Participants have the chance to win back the amount of their personal “Black Friday purchase” in gold, which will be credited to their GoldRepublic account. To participate, you must hold a GoldRepublic account. Don’t have one yet? Please create your account first.
4.4. To enter the competition, the participant must:
  a) Post a photo or story on Instagram showing their Black Friday purchase that they would have preferred to invest in gold;
  b) Use the hashtag #GoldFriday;
  c) Tag the official GoldRepublic account @goldrepublic_nl;
  d) Follow GoldRepublic on Instagram via @goldrepublic_nl.
4.5. Only participants who meet all of the above requirements are eligible for the competition.
4.6. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will receive the amount of their Black Friday purchase in gold, converted at the current gold price at the time of awarding.
4.7. The prize will be credited to the winner’s existing GoldRepublic account. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
4.8. GoldRepublic will contact the winner directly after the promotion via the Instagram account used to submit the entry.
4.9. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees that their submitted content (images and/or text) may be shared or reused by GoldRepublic on its own social media channels and/or website, with credit given to the participant’s name or username.

5. Other conditions
5.1. If the promotion ends early, GoldRepublic will announce this on this (promotion) page.
5.2. GoldRepublic reserves the right to refuse or reject a customer’s registration as an account holder on the GoldRepublic trading platform and/or to refuse or reject trading activity or purchases by a customer/account holder on the trading platform and/or to refuse or reject the provision of GoldRepublic’s services to a customer/account holder.
5.3. GoldRepublic reserves the right to deny or invalidate participation in the promotion or competition if the conditions are not met or if there is evidence of misuse of the promotion.
5.4. This promotion is valid only for customers with a Dutch or Belgian account and for purchases made in euros (EUR).
5.5. The maximum amount that can be won is EUR 1,000.
5.6. Dutch law applies to this promotion and competition.
