How does ownership work?
The artwork is divided into 12,281 tokens. Each token represents 1 gram of physical gold contained in the sculpture.
Why is the artwork tokenized?
Tokenization makes ownership transparent, traceable, and independently verifiable on the blockchain. The token is a digital proof of ownership, not a financial product.

You choose:

You can modify or cancel your order until 15 January 2026.
What is the minimum sale price?
The auction price can never drop below: Gold spot price + 1.0%.
How does the Dutch Auction work?
- The auction starts at a high price.
- The price decreases step-by-step.
- The auction ends once demand matches the supply.
Everyone pays the same final price, never above their own limit price.
When does my bid qualify?
Your bid becomes active once the auction price is equal to or below your limit price.
What are the requirements for acceptance?
Your GoldRepublic account must be fully verified and your balance must be sufficient.
Can the auction fail to execute?
Yes. If the price is about to fall below the current gold spot price, the auction stops and no tokens are allocated.
Can I buy the entire sculpture?
Yes. You may bid for all 12,281 grams, provided your limit price is at least equal to the final price and the total demand from others is not higher.
After the Auction
When will I see what I purchased?
Immediately after the auction. Tokens are allocated and appear automatically in your GoldRepublic account.
What can I do with my tokens?
Tokens are your digital proof of ownership of the physical gold. Additional features, such as blockchain verification, will be added later.
Where is the artwork stored?
The sculpture is stored in GoldRepublic's secure LBMA-certified vaults unless the owner(s) jointly choose delivery or storage elsewhere.
